[OS X TeX] TeX Live Utility not updating?

Hi all:
I have been unsuccessfully trying to update my packages using TeX Live Utility for the past 3-4 days, on my (2010) MBP running Mountain Lion and TeX Live 2012. The log is attached below. 

Anybody else experiencing this? Is there something that you can suggest to fix this?
Thanks a lot for any suggestions.
