[OS X TeX] How to Add a watermark to a Tex document

Hi All,

Does any one know of an easy way to add a watermark to a document?   I 
am not getting the watermark to appear.  Any suggestions?

\usepackage{draftcopy}   does not seem to work.

I am using TexShop on Mac OS 10.4.
