[OS X TeX] using MathTime fonts

Hi.

The culprit was none of the above.  The problem was that I had a line
   mtmi mtmi <mtmi.pfb
in mt-yy.map.  It should've been
   mtmi MTMI <mtmi.pfb

Sigh.  Thanks for the suggestions anyway, especially that of not using "sudo bash".
