[OS X TeX] How to produce citations not question marks?

Hi All,

I am using TexShop 2.37 on Mac OS 10.4.  I have added references with 
bibTex but within the document the citations are showing up as question 
marks.   Note the references are correctly appearing at the end of my 
document.

Does anyone know how to fix it?  If I have not provided enough info, 
please let me know.

I am using the code below
