[OS X TeX] URLs

I'm running TeXShop 2 on an iMac with OS X 10.6.8 and I use 
Plain TeX. I'd like to include some URLs in a pdf output file 
that the reader could just click on to go to a website. Can anyone  
suggest how I might go about this? Thanks,
