Not that likely - because that would have been reported instead and stopped compilation:

My guess is the use of different CLS and STY and other files. A \listfiles statement in the preamble should help. It creates a report of the files and file versions used during the process. By comparing the results of two or more computers should help to find some culprit. I get this:
