[OS X TeX] Apple find bar in TeXShop 3.06

Does anyone else use the Apple find bar in TeXShop 3.06 under Lion? (Go to the Source panel in Preferences to select.) It seems broken to me. The typical symptom is that it will find the first occurrence of the string, but just beep upon ctrl-g, even when there are multiple instances of the string in the file. Sometimes clicking on the window itself to change focus will fix it, but not always.

TextEdit doesn't seem to have this issue with its search bar. Open up the same file in TeXShop and TextEdit to compare and contrast. I'm wondering if others see this and its really a bug, or if it's just me.
