OoooohhhHH! By accident, I had checked the "Show Keyboard & Character Viewer" but could not find  the icon to open the "Show Keyboard Viewer" until it was discovered hiding under a Canadian flag!  ;--)  Shows all too vividly my ignorance about using a Mac machine. Anyway, I understand now how to create all those characters in the Key Bindings Editor and how to use it. Many thanks for your patience and information.  :-)
