[OS X TeX] TeXShop automatic hiding/unhiding of root file

I don't experience this problem when I open several chapters of a book or close and reopen TS. The root file minimizes only once and stays in the dock.

My version is 3.04.

I cannot find an option to disable this automatic hiding/unhiding of the root file. Can anybody help?
