Howdy,

No problem here with TeX Live 2011 updated to its final frozen state.

When was the last time you updated the files in your distribution? Open TeX Live Utility found in /Applications/TeX/  and let it update your TeX Live 2011 to its final state.

If you wait a short while MacTeX-2012, with TeX Live 2012, is expected to come out shortly.
