[OS X TeX] "not installed" items in TeX LIve Utility

Hello,

In my latest run of the TeX Live Utility, I am getting messages that some items are "Not Installed," say
embrac      Not installed     27027      842.2KB
similarly for
enotez, footnotebackref, and four more.

I haven't had any "Not installed messages" in the past.

Should I be worried?
