Howdy,

One more thing... did you ever run `updmap`? That will be necessary if you keep fonts in your personal tree  under TL2012 but with TL2011 `updmap-sys` will work fine UNLESS you ran `updmap`, or worse `sudo updmap`, at some point since you then created a system map file in your home configuration tree. If you did that you should have a ~/Library/texlive/2011/texmf-config directory which you will have to trash and then see if it all works.
