[OS X TeX] TeXShop 3.09 Experimental

Folks,

There is an experimental version of TeXShop 3.09, not yet available via the
Sparkle upgrade mechanism, at

This version has the Command Completion fixes by Herbert Schulz discussed
recently.

Today there was a lot of grumbling about TeXShop's implementation of
split views for the Preview window. This version may fix those problems.
