I am not using the euro symbol. The file is required by the Notices style sheet.

I now commented out the

\RequirePackage{eurofont}

line.

Now I have another problem:

kpathsea: Running mktexpk --mfmode ljfour --bdpi 600 --mag 4+120/600 --dpi 2520 hlhr8y
mktexpk: don't know how to create bitmap font for hlhr8y.
mktexpk: perhaps hlhr8y is missing from the map file.
kpathsea: Appending font creation commands to missfont.log.
/usr/texbin/dvips: Font hlhr8y not found; using cmr10

</usr/local/texlive/2012/texmf-dist/fonts/pk/ljfour/public/cm/dpi600/cmr10.pk>
/usr/texbin/dvips: Checksum mismatch in font hlhr8y

kpathsea: Running mktexpk --mfmode ljfour --bdpi 600 --mag 2+564/600 --dpi 1764 hlhr8y
mktexpk: don't know how to create bitmap font for hlhr8y.
mktexpk: perhaps hlhr8y is missing from the map file.
/usr/texbin/dvips: Font hlhr8y not found; using cmr10

</usr/local/texlive/2012/texmf-dist/fonts/pk/ljfour/public/cm/dpi600/cmr10.pk>
/usr/texbin/dvips: Checksum mismatch in font hlhr8y

kpathsea: Running mktexpk --mfmode ljfour --bdpi 600 --mag 1+437/600 --dpi 1037 hlhri8y
mktexpk: don't know how to create bitmap font for hlhri8y.
mktexpk: perhaps hlhri8y is missing from the map file.
/usr/texbin/dvips: Font hlhri8y not found; using cmr10

</usr/local/texlive/2012/texmf-dist/fonts/pk/ljfour/public/cm/dpi600/cmr10.pk>
/usr/texbin/dvips: Checksum mismatch in font hlhri8y
/usr/texbin/dvips: ! invalid char 228 from font hlhri8y

And I do not even know what is this font.

Can I fix it? Should I go back to the 2011 distribution? Where can I find it (I deleted mine)?

GG
