Look for something like

\thesubsection{\thechapter.\arabic{section}.\arabic{subsection}.}

and, *after* loading you *.sty, try

\renewcommand{\thesubsection}{\thechapter.\arabic{section}.\arabic{subsection}}

(all in one line).
