[OS X TeX] still can't get TS 3.14 icons

I've installed TeXShop 3.14 and no matter what I do I just can't the new document icons to show up. My next step will be to somehow find EVERY TeX/LaTeX document on my machine, offload them and then restore them one by one to see if that works. 

I've also noticed that TS still doesn't correctly expunge recently opened files as evidenced by their continual presence in the app's Dock Exposé view. I know this can be fixed in a future release.
