[OS X TeX] problem with tables

TeX Live 2012 has these:

/usr/local/texlive/2012/texmf-dist/doc/fonts/boisik/example/table.tex
/usr/local/texlive/2012/texmf-dist/doc/fonts/esint-type1/table.tex
/usr/local/texlive/2012/texmf-dist/doc/latex/aastex/table.tex

and no table.sty.

So you need to to install your table.??? file from the PC on the Mac. (For example in the same directory where your quiz file is or in the branch ~/Library/texmf/tex/latex, mimicking where it is found in the PCTeX or MikTeX hierarchy.)
