[OS X TeX] Latexmk errors that I can't diagnose

Hi Nathan,

pretty sure this is the par-cache bug. See, e.g.,

I ran into this off and on while using TL2011 and TL2012 on SL and ML; 
manually removing the par-<hex_encoded_username> directory would bring 
temporary relief. Possible red herring: case-sensitive file system?

Haven't run into this since upgrading to TL2013 though.
