Howdy,

You could create a Macro that sets the hidden bit on those files; something that runs

chflags hidden *.synctex.gz *.aux 

and others but I'm not sure that it's a good idea to hide those files. We have, too often, had  problems reported that turned out to be due to old .aux, .synctex.gz, etc., files and this makes it even more difficult to analyze the problem since it's all too easy to forget they are there.

I tend to remove all the files and recreated them, via a Typeset, when I really need them.
