[OS X TeX] Texshop completion of previous words

Hello. I'm using TexShop 3.11 and I can autocomplete some latex
commands by pressing ESC.

However, I'd like to also autocomplete words from the same document.
Texshop is giving me a list of words from a dictionary when I press
ESC, which contain simply too many possible completions.

Is there a shortcut to autocomplete only from a list of words in the
same document?
