Howdy,

The short answer is yes. The long answer is to see <http://pages.uoregon.edu/koch/texshop/changes_3.html> for a complete change list.

BUT NOTE: The updated engines are placed in ~/Library/TeXShop/Engines/Inactive/Latexmk and are there for inactive by default. Copy the .engine files from the folder two folders up, to ~/Library/TeXShop/Engines to activate them (and possibly overwriting the old versions of the engines). This is done because folks may have customized engines in ~/Library/TeXShop/Engines and would not like it if they got overwritten from underneath them.
