In the past (under Snow Leopard, that is, from which I migrated), TeXShop would typeset the document sent from Alpha right away. Is there any way to return to the older behavior?

Howdy,

What is the state of TeXShop->Preferences->Preview->External Editor->Automatic Preview Update? I don't use an external editor so I'm not exactly sure how that should be set. Maybe try toggling its state?

Good Luck,
