Maybe you just need an older version of Fondu!

BTW, your TeX Live 2013 installation has some more font suits for practising:

	/usr/local/texlive/2013/texmf-dist/doc/fonts/chemarrow/arrow.Mac.sit.hqx
	/usr/local/texlive/2013/texmf-dist/doc/fonts/prodint/prodint.sit.hqx

You did not answer whether Font Book shows fonts from YaleAdmin-Roman.suit.
