Among other things I use LaTeX for writing genealogy articles. I like to cross-index all married women with their maiden name as in \index{Smith!Jane Brown|see{Brown, Jane}}. Excalibur always halts processing and says that there are too many }. Is this an Excalibur error or am I doing something wrong.
