[OS X TeX] Practical TeX

I'm a few days away from finishing the first draft of 

Practical LaTeX

(Springer Verlag, New York, 2014) 

It's a short book (200+ pages) focusing on everyday documents with formulas.

I would need some volunteers to read the manuscript and

1. Point out any errors.

2. Let me know if I left out some material that should be in.

To keep Practical LaTeX short, I do not discuss books, makeindex, bibtex, and a lot more stuff.
