In your preamble, you'd use

\pdfmapfile{+ztmsc.map} % omit this line if you enabled ztmsc.map using, eg,  updmap --enable Map=ztmsc.map
\usepackage[adobesc]{newtxtext} % this sets up your fonts for text in encoding T1, loading textcomp package too
\usepackage{mtpro2} % with your chosen options, eg, \usepackage[mtpcal,mtpfrak,mtbbb]{mtpro2}
