[OS X TeX] TexShop Pref re console not working/sticking

Well well well in fact here's what's happening.

Since I have a 30" Cinema Display I sized the Source and Preview windows to fill most of that main screen and why I incorrectly 
assumed the console window had disappeared. In fact it was hidden behind the other two.

But I happen to have 2 screens and moved the Console window to the secondary one and left the Source and Preview on the main one.
No matter what,  the console window is always shown on the secondary.

However if I place the console window on the main screen, where it usually sits behind the other two, and then make an error
the console window is brought to the front. Closing it and removing the error leaves it behind the other two.

No big deal.
