Juan,

Here's an easier method to take you anywhere you want to go.

In the Finder's Go menu, select the item "Go To Folder...". A dialog will
appear. Type the location you want to go to, for instance

	/usr/local/texlive

The Finder will then show its contents. In this case, the contents 
are lots of subfolders. Find 2013. Drag it to the trash. You'll be
asked for a password. Give your own password if your account
has admin privileges.  It will if you are the only user of your machine.
