Howdy,
Cmd-1 switches back and forth between Source and Preview. Cmd-F2 rotates through Source files.
I'm not sure how to do what you want except via Applescript (which I don't understand) and the Applescript Dictionary that is provided by TeXShop. If you can do that you can always create a macro and assign it a keyboard shortcut.
