Thanks, Michael, for removing 1) from my plate.
Problem 2) is my fault and is fixed in my source. I expect to release 3.45 early next week.
For a more amusing problem, try Editing the Macros. The resulting window’s left
column has symbols but no text. You can still edit, because clicking in “empty space”
selects the macro to be edited.
This final problem was caused because I compiled 3.44 on Yosemite. When I compile
exactly the same code on Mavericks, the problem goes away on both Mavericks
and Yosemite.
