[OS X TeX] errors in MacTeX2014 using XeLaTeX under Yosemite GM 3.0

Hi, Adam!
What is the version of your Yosemite? Developer Preview version or Public
Beta version?
Maybe I should paste the whole log information from the terminal:

I have already tried re-install the whole MacTeX and update all the
packages, but it still comes out errors.
Is my problem caused by the Yosemite?
