[OS X TeX] errors in MacTeX2014 using XeLaTeX under Yosemite GM 3.0

BoZhao,

I also can compile your example XeLaTeX file on Yosemite without problems, and
certainly without the error messages you report.

This is the latest developer beta of Yosemite.
