[OS X TeX] TeX Live Utility on Yosemite

I've uploaded a new release of TeX Live Utility, with 
a workaround for Yosemite's environment variable bugs. 
This should be safe to use on all versions of OS X.

Please file a bug report if you see any problems or 
have issues updating through Sparkle; I've also moved 
the project to github, since Google will no longer host 
binary downloads.
