[OS X TeX] \ref{} and \cite{}

Hi,

I recently switched from PC to Mac and am basically computer illiterate. I
just need to know how to get MacTeX to call up a list of labels or
references to choose from when I type \ref{} or \cite{}. My old PC program
did this automatically.
