[OS X TeX] Second index question (this time a genuine MakeIndex question)

Is there a way to get MakeIndex, when it posts a message  "4 entries rejected", to indicate where (e.g., file/line number) these rejected entries are?  I hate to have to search a 500+ page document (on many sub files) to find them.
