[OS X TeX] Removing old TeX distribution(s)

Well, it just stopped responding. Worked fine before the 2014 package came out. It works now though, now when I've upgraded the TeX Live Utility.

> How did it freeze? If it started up you should try to use TeX Live Utility->Check For Updates… . Especially if you are running OS X 10.10.x since it doesn't seem to pass the environment properly to sub-processes initiated by GUI applications.
