[OS X TeX] Removing old TeX distribution(s)

I installed MacTeX in March, in other words before the 2014 package came out. Still running 10.8.4. I'm going for uptime records, not updates. :D

> MacTeX 2014 came out in June of 2014 and there have been many updates, changes, etc., since then. Also, Yosemite (OS X 10.10.x) came out after that release date so there couldn't be any real testing of it. It was then that the problems showed up.
