[OS X TeX] TLU: suggestions

Hello.

I have 2 suggestions for Tex Live Utility:

1) Put the item "Update All" by default in the toolbar.

2) Check weekly by default.

In my experience, with these changes TLU becomes easier for non-savvy users
(they only have to learn to click "Update All").
