[OS X TeX] TeX Live 2015 and MacTeX-2015

My TLU did not crash. It was enough to stop it running and to change the repository to one that was already up to date, then it worked all right.

It even worked without inserting the missing release-texlive.txt. I put it where it belongs, anyway.
