[OS X TeX] includepdf and TeX Live 2015

Hi,

I have no problem with the MWE  you include:

Maybe it’s not relevant but the error:

> ./texlive-2015-includepdf.tex:7: Undefined control sequence.
> \AM at output ...edge }{0pt}}}{}\ifdim \AM at pagewidth

> l.7 ...udepdf [scale=0.50]{pdf_documents/test.pdf}

seems to indicate that the file is in the folder pdf_documents instead of in the same folder as the calling .tex file.
