Dear colleagues,

In the course of writing a book with TeXShop (OSX 10.10.3) I have had no problems so far with compiling my work in XeLateX. After upgrading, problems appear in the bibliography and it seems to me, that this could be related to French accents in authors' names. At approximately the first occurrence I get the following:

kpathsea: Running mktextfm BiauKai/ICU
/usr/local/texlive/2014/texmf-dist/web2c/mktexnam: Could not map source abbreviation I for ICU.
/usr/local/texlive/2014/texmf-dist/web2c/mktexnam: Need to update /usr/local/texlive/2014/texmf-dist/fonts/map/fontname/special.map?
mktextfm: Running mf-nowin -progname=mf \mode:=ljfour; mag:=1; nonstopmode; input ICU
This is METAFONT, Version 2.7182818 (TeX Live 2014) (preloaded base=mf)

kpathsea: Running mktexmf ICU

-------------

By pressing Enter the compilation continues, produces the same error message again and at some point gets over it and produces a correct pdf output file.

But this takes a long time... If anyone has an idea how to solve the issue, I am happy to provide more details. By the way, I am also using xeCJK for Asian fonts.

Many thanks in advance,

Andrea
