Go to <http://www.tug.org/mactex/>. 

If you are really dedicated to using ConTeXt for your present documents go to the Smaller Download link and download and install BasicTeX.

If you would like to have a full TeX distribution (which includes ConTeXt) go to the MacTeX Download link and download and install MacTeX.
