[OS X TeX] convert .dvi to .pdf

​hi i use XeLaTeX  for multilingual.
have tried
\usepackage[obeyspaces]{url}
 \url{run:jun.pdf}{File.txt}   %practice link to local file

even read pdf in Adobe instead of preview, can't seem to make it work.

what's the real syntax?
