[OS X TeX] Don't update to TeXShop 3.53; Wait for TeXShop 3.54

Folks,

Sparkle is broken in TeXShop 3.53. You’ll be able to use Sparkle
to update to 3.53, but it won’t work to update any further.

TeXShop 3.54, to be released soon, will fix this problem.
