[OS X TeX] TeX Live manager failing with ptetest TeXLive 2016

Hi everyone. 
I installed the pretest version of TeXLIve 2016, everything works fine *except* that TeXLive utility fails. Besides the two screenshots I include the content of the log file.
Any suggestion?

tlmgr itself needs to be updated.
Please do this via either
  tlmgr update --self
or by getting the latest updater for Unix-ish systems:
  http://mirror.ctan.org/systems/texlive/tlnet/update-tlmgr-latest.sh
and/or Windows systems:
  http://mirror.ctan.org/systems/texlive/tlnet/update-tlmgr-latest.exe
Then continue with other updates as usual.
