[OS X TeX] TS opens multiple copies of same root and PDF

Howdy,

Open the Misc tab of TeXShop->Preferences. In the Project Root File section uncheck `Miniaturize the opened root window'. Leave the `Open root file automatically on opening a child' checked. Hopefully that will fix the problem.
