[OS X TeX] Unresponsive PDF Toolbar

Folks,

Apologies for the unresponsive toolbar bug. Luckily, version 3.65 does not have the bug,
but does have the memory leak fixes. So the changes from 3.65
to 3.66 are small. Today, I'm going to start with 3.65 and recreate 3.66,
testing the toolbar as I go.

Version 3.65 is available on my web page, http://pages.uoregon.edu/koch/texshop/texshop.html,
at the  bottom of the page under the Obtaining tab. Thus you can retreat if 3.66 becomes unbearable.

I'll try to get out a fix by this evening.
