[OS X TeX] TexShop parens enclosure

Thanks Herb. I just deleted the Keyboard file, and recreated it and entered the binding. As I noted earlier, I do get (-> (), but when I select a piece of text and then type (, I don't get (text), the text is replaced by (). Are you able to do the latter? It used to work, but stopped working.
