[OS X TeX] Ghostscript 9.19

Folks,

I’ve put an experimental package for Ghostscript 9.19 on my web
page. It should run on Leopard and above, PPC or Intel. This
package will be included in TeX Live 2016. Please test. In case of
trouble, reinstall Ghostscript 9.18, also on the page.
