[OS X TeX] Place Boo.pdf in designated folder

Well, TeXShop uses "engines" to determine how to typeset files. 
Engines are just shell scripts, so they can do just about anything you like.
It would probably be a matter of adapting one existing engine to move or perhaps copy the pdf file to a designated location.
